  1. If you want to save money on a taxi at the airport, on the ground floor of the arrivals when you have passed the door where you can't go back in to the airport turn right and you can walk out of the air port , cross the road into a residential neighborhood and book your taxi from there

I do this every time as I live there

  2. If you are going to uber at least once a day, consider renting a car thru Turo. I find that I am able to rent the car for less than 50 a day. Considering a back and forth uber might cost 40 or more, wouldn't it be nice to be able to go around town and try out some of the great locals food options? A trip the weed store, stop for lunch at Shang Noodle(check it out), the grocery store for some normal priced snacks. And best of all a chance to go drive the scenic loop(13 miles) at Red Rock Canyon. It is gorgeous.
All this for about the same cost of riding an uber one way then back to your hotel on each day.

  3. We stayed at TI last week and fees were NOT optional.
The tram costs $13 for a day pass. It was not free.
Security stand near the elevators when it gets late and checks people have room keys.
Our resort fees were $100 and the deposit was $200
Our taxi from airport to hotel was $30
Visit other hotels and casinos. They have people offering special deals on shows, meals and day passes. You save a bunch that way.
If you don't want to wait in the ticket line for any visits go online and book then you can jump the line.
Vegas is not the place to visit if you're watching those pennies
