  1. Don't know where some of those pics came from for Hollywood Casino York, as I do not know of anywhere in the casino that look like some of those interior pics– no VIP Lounge, the snack bar snapshot is not accurately depicted, no 'Hollywood Snack Bar' as seen in the distance of a snapshot, no worn carpet especially not in the the carpet pattern shown worn down an aisle between slots, no acoustical drop ceiling, I probably could go on and on. Has the author of this vid even been to the York casino, or even the other casinos in this vid? Instead author grabs pics from the www or AI to piece together to make a vid?? 👎👎

  2. BRING BACK THE BIG CROWDS AND THE SOCIALIZING AT THE RACETRACKS..EVEN BRING BACK THE BOOKIES …WE ALL WANTED LEGAL GAMBLING WELL THIS IS WHAT SPORTS BETTING WILL END UP DOING. RUINING SPORTS !!!! COLLAGE FOOTBALL IS A J O K E……MyDad atold us years ago the better players were getting their palms greased but a million dollars to a few ….hay what about the education..do they change grades for some. Even the way games are set up to play soft teams…like Penn State(gee maybe they don't pay enough).Times change yes I know that but not always for the GOOD.The modern technology has made people especially the young less social.Casinis have turned into stiff machines that over price their food menus and cheap free play which is stiff as heck in stiff machines.that know your every move as soon as you stick that id card in the machine. I have not been to Jersey casinos for at least 15 yrs.since Pennsylvania legalized them .However PENNSYLVANIA CANT COMPETE WITH JERSEY. Excuse me but when Wilkes Barre opened they did have pretty good food. Best thing if your young you have a better chance on winning at the ponies and its more entertaining..

  3. I go to York Galleria every other weekend and yes there used to be 2 food establishments in the food court, but now there are 6, with more stores opening up in the mall. Boscov and Marshall's have good deals by the way. Now I got to tell you this because I found this out a couple of weeks ago. You are not allowed to go into Hollywood Casino York with shopping bags. So keep some money somewhere else, go gamble a little, if you want, and then go shopping.

  4. Mt. Airy casino's golf course is A-1 condition, casino very clean and modern, Food selection though is " less than " I only go to the Chinese restaurant when i'm there. Would love an open cafe to sit and relax in, would love some easy to access burgers, fries and full slice pizza. But it's a good place to stay on your diet.

  5. When Grantville first opened, you could walk around and see people hit jackpots. They even announced them. Today, I challenge anyone to witness a jackpot or hand pay. They need fewer floor walkers because there are no more hand pays.

  6. Parx still does really well. I rarely go there bcuz I'm closer to Rivers but every time I go to parx the tables are packed

Now Live on the other hand sucks 😂 basically the same size as rivers (Sugarhouse) but I swear Live is scamming because they're so deep in debt 😂

  7. One the worst casinos hands down is Parx casino in Bensalem pa. Trust me, what makes bad is its security detail. Especially the state police who will charge for a crime you didn’t commit. Also it’s crappy personal. Corruption at its best

  8. Rocky Gap Casino in Flintstone, MD has diminished greatly since Century Casinos took over operations. Old, not working machines and limited casino help on the casino floor greatly reduce the once upon a time enjoyment. It still is a beautiful setting to visit but not nearly the place to go to gamble or dine.

  9. It's simple, online gambling is causing some of the casinos to lose foot traffick. The casino's in PA haven't lost any revenue, they just hit a record high in June. People simply would rather lose at home on there coach then drive all the way to the casino and lose.

  10. Over the past year or so, the new slot product has been engineered with such high volatility and network control that no player who has any time on the device has a chance of even breaking even. The change came because now each slot has to create enough retained profit to fund both the machine maker's ADR (average daily rate) and the propertie's profit. Greed and the need to guarantee profit for the industry has taken the risk for casinos down to zero, which is not gambling. People would be smart to consider that if you love this hobby, you're going to pay a very painful price.

  11. I don't know where you came up with your information, but you're way off here. I go to Wind Creek in Bethlehem all the time and it's always mobbed. Concerts, the restaurants, you go anytime of the week it's packed. Not sure where you're getting your information from, but it's wrong.

  12. The problem with LIVE! is its proximity to the sports complex. It is almost impossible to reach the place when a crowd is trying to get into or out of a Phillies game, or any of the other teams. You don't mention Rivers Casino. It is on the waterfront, just north of Penns Landing, and does not have the problem which LIVE! has.
Parx recently began a program with the Bensalem Seniors Center where they run a promo monthly to lure locals in.
